Refund Policy Overview

At SheetBoy, we stand behind the quality of our product. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with SheetBoy within the first 7 days of your purchase, you can request a full refund -- no questions asked.

Our Commitment

We believe in transparency and fairness. This policy applies to all paid subscription plans purchased through SheetBoy, processed via Razorpay. We aim to make the refund process as simple and hassle-free as possible.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

Within 7 days of purchase

Your refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of your subscription purchase or renewal.

Usage within fair limits

You must not have exceeded 50% of your plan's daily query limits on more than 3 days during the refund period. This ensures the policy is not used to obtain free service.

Valid payment record

Your purchase must have a valid payment record in our system through Razorpay. Free trial users are not eligible for refunds as no payment was made.


How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple. Follow these steps to initiate the process:

Use the subject line "Refund Request -- SheetBoy" so we can prioritize your request.

Include your Razorpay Order ID

You can find this in your payment confirmation email or in your SheetBoy billing page. It typically starts with "order_".

Provide a brief reason

Let us know why SheetBoy did not meet your expectations. This helps us improve the product for everyone (optional but appreciated).

We will acknowledge your refund request within 24 hours of receiving it.


Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, here is what to expect:

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days from the date of approval. Please allow additional time for your bank to reflect the credit.

Payment Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay. If you paid by UPI, card, or net banking, the refund will be credited to the same source.

Full Amount

Eligible refunds are for the full subscription amount. No deductions or processing fees are charged for refunds within the guarantee period.

Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated, along with a Razorpay refund reference ID for tracking.


Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

Subscriptions beyond the 7-day window

Refund requests submitted after 7 calendar days from the date of purchase or renewal are not eligible. We encourage you to evaluate the service early in your billing cycle.

Partial month usage

If you cancel your subscription after the 7-day refund window, no pro-rated refund is provided for the remaining days in your current billing period. You will continue to have access until the period ends.

API usage beyond included limits

Any overage charges incurred from exceeding your plan's included API limits are non-refundable, as they represent consumed computational resources.


Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your SheetBoy subscription at any time. Cancellation is different from a refund -- here is how it works:

Cancel from your billing page

Navigate to your account settings and select the billing page to cancel your subscription. The cancellation takes effect immediately, but your access continues.

Access continues until period ends

After cancellation, you retain full access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.

No refund for partial periods

Cancellations outside the 7-day refund window do not qualify for a partial refund. Your subscription simply will not renew at the end of the current billing cycle.
