Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SheetBoy ("the Service"), operated by UltraGames Entertainment ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
Important
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and UltraGames Entertainment. By creating an account, connecting a Google Sheet, or using any feature of SheetBoy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
Description of Service
SheetBoy is an AI-powered analytics platform that connects to your Google Sheets and provides intelligent data analysis. The Service includes, but is not limited to:
Natural language queries
Ask questions about your spreadsheet data in plain English and receive AI-generated analytical answers.
Chart and visualization generation
Automatically generate charts, graphs, and visual representations of your data based on your queries.
Aggregate-based analytics
Pre-computed statistical analysis including sums, averages, group-by operations, and time series analysis across your connected sheets.
Pre-computed Q&A suggestions
AI-generated questions and answers about your data to help you discover insights faster.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
User Accounts
To use SheetBoy, you must create an account using Google OAuth. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:
Google OAuth
Authentication is handled through Google OAuth. We do not store your Google password. You must use a valid Google account to sign up.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use SheetBoy. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and your Google credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use SheetBoy only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree NOT to:
Scrape or extract data
Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or any other means to extract data from SheetBoy or its APIs beyond normal usage patterns.
Abuse or overload the Service
Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the proper functioning of our servers, networks, or infrastructure. You must respect the rate limits associated with your plan.
Use for illegal purposes
Use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
Circumvent security measures
Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security features, authentication mechanisms, or access restrictions of the Service.
Google Sheets Access
When you connect a Google Sheet to SheetBoy, you grant us permission to access that specific sheet. Here is exactly what that means:
Only sheets you explicitly connect
We only access Google Sheets that you manually connect to SheetBoy. We never browse, scan, or access any other files in your Google Drive or Google account.
Read access for analytics
We read your sheet data to compute aggregates, run queries, and provide analytical insights. This data is stored securely in our database for caching and performance.
Write access for future features
We may request write access to support future write-back features (such as updating cells or adding data to your sheets). Write operations will only be performed with your explicit action and consent.
You can disconnect anytime
You may disconnect any Google Sheet at any time. Upon disconnection, all cached data for that sheet is immediately removed from our systems. You can also revoke SheetBoy's access entirely through your Google Account settings.
Intellectual Property
Our Platform
SheetBoy, including its design, code, features, logos, and all related intellectual property, is owned by UltraGames Entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written consent.
Your Data
You retain full ownership of all data you provide to SheetBoy, including your Google Sheets data, queries, and any content you upload. We claim no ownership over your data. By using SheetBoy, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Payment & Subscriptions
SheetBoy offers both free and paid subscription plans. Payment processing is handled securely through Razorpay.
Payment processing
All payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your credit card or bank details on our servers.
Auto-renewal
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription price at each renewal.
Cancel anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Limitation of Liability
"As Is" Disclaimer
SheetBoy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UltraGames Entertainment shall not be liable for:
Any inaccuracies in AI-generated analytics, answers, or recommendations derived from your data
Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities resulting from service interruptions or downtime
Decisions made based on the information or analytics provided by SheetBoy
Termination
Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair SheetBoy.
Termination by You
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@ultragames.in. Upon deletion, all your data -- including connected sheets, queries, and cached analytics -- will be permanently removed within 24 hours.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Governing Law) will continue to apply.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:
Email notification
We will notify you of any material changes by sending an email to the address associated with your account.
Updated date
The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the most recent changes.
Continued use
Your continued use of SheetBoy after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of SheetBoy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
